Angelina Jolie’s Exposed Leg at the 2012 Oscar Awards

Angelina Jolie never fails to impress on the red carpet and the Oscars was no exception. The actress looked flawless as she walked the red carpet on the arm of her hunk Brad Pitt. We love her hot red lip and her lighter full hair for a sexy dramatic look.

What did you think of Angelina Jolie’s Ever Exposed Right Leg at the Oscars?

Angelina Jolie Leg PoseAngelina Jolie’s right leg stole the Oscars creating its own mini-controversy and even inspired a few copycat poses at Sunday night’s Oscar awards. Jolie had fans snickering after she insisted on striking the over-the-top leg out position over and over on the red carpet, showing off her slender stems in a high-slit black Atlelier Versace gown.

Jolie’s custom velvet Atelier Versace gown was so thigh high she burst with confidence continuously sticking her leg out. While presenting the awards for Best Original Screenplay and Best Adapted Screenplay, the In the Land of Blood and Honey director struck a hot pose onstage, which The Descendants screenwriter Jim Rash openly teased after his big win.

Jolie’s super sexy posing wasn’t the only thing that stood out at Oscars. Angelina Jolie has recently been scrutinized for her increasingly thin body type. According to The Academy, Jolie’s bony body incited 3,399 tweets per minute.

We think Angelina looked great and if you’re wearing a thigh high slit dress, the point is to show a little leg – right?

How to get Angelina Jolie’s Oscar Makeup Look:

For her makeup look Angelina proved that you don’t need much when you’re as gorgeous as she is always sporting the coveted big lips.  Angelina accentuated her full lips with a coral –red glossy lipstick paired with a brown smoky eye and lashes on the outer corner of her eye. Her hair was lighter with some highlights and loose waves which accentuated her red lips even more. Her hair had full body and bounce.

While she looks amazing, Angelina’s makeup is actually quite simple. Use Bobbi Brown‘s pressed powder allowing for a perfect matte finish to your face, so you don’t have to worry about any redness or imperfections.

Highlight your eyes with a few simple and natural products. Angelina is barely wearing any shadow, but you may want to use a few light neutral shades of brown to add a hint of color to your eyes so that they’re not bare. Apply a thin line of eyeliner to the upper lid smudging so it blends in to give you the dark dramatic finish. Finally use Dior’s Diorshow mascara for lashes with added depth. While you may not have the big lips like Angelina Jolie, the red lip is the feature of this entire look, so find a red lipstick in the perfect shade for your skin and your own lips that will last all night without smudging.

Finally use a round curling iron to get those big waves and add volume in your hair with an all natural volumizing hair spray that gives you a light hold, but still has a lot of movement for your hair to bounce and look effortless.

Finish your makeup look with Skindinavia’s 10 Years Younger Makeup Finish for youthful skin like Angie’s without seeming like your makeup has been caked on. This will set and hold makeup over uneven skin surfaces such as fine lines and large pores. This spray keeps the makeup surface smooth and hydrated, so makeup looks fresh and glowing while coverage is held perfectly all day and night – even through an entire night of Oscars.  It is recommended for mature skin types.

Skindinavia invented the makeup finish as a simple way for women to keep their makeup looking flawless all day. Each spray uses our patented Temperature Control Technology® which prevents makeup from melting, drying out, becoming shiny, or creasing. Skindinavia Makeup Finishes hold everything in place while giving you a healthy, natural glow..
