Faas, (who has worked for makeup brands such as Clinique, Lancôme and MAC Cosmetics) share with us this MUA trick…“Gently brush your lips with an extra-soft toothbrush before applying color. This removes dead skin and increases blood flow to the lips, for a fuller, flushed pout.”
